Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from our base in Tunisia. Shipping costs are often higher than customer's expectations for these reasons. We always use the fastest shipping options available which rely on a partnership between the Tunisian rapide poste (tracking here) and DHL as well as local couriers for final delivery. These options take an average of 1 week (5-7 business days) though may deliver in up to 3 weeks.

Please note that DHL does not ship to P.O. boxes. If you have a P.O. Box please get in touch & we can arrange a separate process for shipping to you! 

We work hard to reduce packaging waste and to rely on organic, compostable materials when wrapping your orders. All items are packaged by hand by our team.

We also pay to offset all carbon emissions, and work hard to create a carbon negative production process.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight and ranges from $6.99 to $19.99. We heavily subsidize shipping (up to 90%), and the charging price does not reflect the full fee paid by us. 

This fee does not include any customs fees or duties which your country may apply, and for which we are not responsible.

We are not responsible for delays after shipping or for lost or damaged packages, though we may choose to compensate you or replace items regardless.
