Thank you for shopping with TŪNIQ and supporting our artisans' co-op

  • We pray you will love your handmade TŪNIQ pieces!
  • Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
  • If approved, a full refund of the product price, minus a $10 handling fee and the price of shipping, will be made to your original payment method.
  • Any defects or mistakes in products will be exchanged or refunded at no cost to you.

Thanks for shopping with TUNIQQ

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 business days from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Full refund of the product price (not the shipping fees) will be made, minus 10$ for handling fees.

Refunds

Returns are processed in 5-10 business days and we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Refunds can be expected 5-7 business days after processing. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or gift card.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless there was a mistake on our part (such as wrong size, color).

Shipping costs for original purchases are nonrefundable, however.

How do I exchange an item?

If you desire to exchange an item contact us on info@tuniq.co.uk And discuss the exchange details and conditions with our customer service assistants.

How are my refunds credited?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or gift card. (Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash)

Do you take everything back?

Yes, unless custom-made or otherwise stated, all our products can be returned or exchanged as long as they are in the same condition when received and the time has not elapsed. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items, instagram offers, or custom orders cannot be refunded.

Is there a time limit? What if the item is worn?

We expect products back in the same condition as when received. Therefore, we may take 510 days to process the return before proceeding with refunds or exchanges. Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 business days from the date you received it.

Are there restocking fees?

Yes, we deduct $10 for handling fees on returns and exchanges.

What to do with items I don’t use anymore?

Keep it out of the trash.

If you have a used item of ours that you don’t use anymore. It can either be composted as it is entirely natural, it can also be donated, repaired, or otherwise give it new & extended life. We design & craft according to indigenous & Islamic traditions of longevity and cyclical use.
